Where is our location?
We are Located at 2/551 Sydney Road, Seaforth, 2092, NSW, Whilst we are open to the public an Appointment is highly recommended to ensure Made-to-Measure consults have enough time allocated.
How much does the Made-to-Order service cost?
Our suits start from $990 AUD for Men & Women; pricing is dependent on a client’s needs and requests, meaning fusing, canvas, lining, 100% wool vs a wool blend.
Cotton shirting prices commence at $250
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment by Amex, Mastercard & Visa. Bank deposits and cash are acceptable methods of payment. Please keep in mind that payment is required before any commencement of your order/launching the production phase.
How long will the process take from my order until I receive the finished product?
our exclusive made-to-measure piece will be ready in 4-8 weeks, depending on international holidays (i.e European fabric and manufacturing)
As a Guide, we provide a buffer of 75 days for the process, and within this time, we highly recommend commencing design & development consultations with our team to streamline the process.
Do you have a Ready-to-wear range?
We do not stock an off-the-rack line. However, we have enough samples in our Atelier Suite for you to see quality, make and fabric. Our Atelier is fully equipped with world-renowned manufacturing machinery, and we can immediately provide finished demonstrations and sampling for your viewing.
What If I would like to alter my suit when it arrives?
Whether you would like to alter your suit when it arrives 3 years later, please let our atelier Staff know in Seaforth, and we can arrange suit alterations; our Seaforth Studio is where we would carry out the fitting and alteration.
Are there costs for alterations to my new order?
If your order arrives and is not to the technical specifications signed off in the development stages, we will provide a free service to alter your order.
However, if you want to change the actual design signed off on, you’ll need to pay the relevant charges required to perform the requested alterations. A quote can be raised at the time of your request for you to assess. Please note I anticipate base general means alterations to suits starting from $300.
